D&B Duo, Duo

Biography

D&B Duo was established in 2006 by pianists Dubravka Vukalovic and Bruno Vlahek within the chamber music course at the Lausanne Conservatory of Music under mentorship of Swedish pianist Dag Achatz. Since the very beginning of their public appearances in Switzerland, they attracted a great interest of audiance, critics and concert organizers which resulted in their presence at the concert stages of several European countries and at the international music festivals. The repertoire of D&B Duo is mostly based on music of the 20th & 21st century, and beside the original compositions for two pianos, it contains also the arrangements of works that are originally written for other instrumental ensembles.
