Biography

Lebanese composer, graduated from the Lebanese conservatory on 1998 with Diploma in Harmony and western music Theory. Professor of Music Theory and Harmony at NDU since 2003 till 2007. He collaborates closely with NDU choir conducted by Fr. Khalil Rahme, for whom he has composed and arranged numerous chants like "waqafa zzaman" and "tu3azzimu nafsi rRab", and co-composed oratorios "Ya3qub l'kabboushi" and "PAULUS", and operetta "7atta mountahad dahri". Some of his musical compositions were performed by Lebanese symphony Orchestra and oriental orchestra conducted by Dr. Walid Gholmieh. His Orchestral works include 2 symphonic poems "our lady of the hill" and "a hero's diary" for solo cello and Orchestra,  funeral march,  symphonic prelude,  study for string quartet, 12 pieces for qanun quintet, and 10 pieces for Oud Trio.

lately he scored music for Joe MOUKARZEL operetta "Gibran law7et omr" premiered at Betroun international festival- lyrics by renown Lebanese Poet Rudy  RAHME. his most important work remains "QADMUS" Opera in Arabic in three acts- poem by SAID AKL.

in 2011 his 7 lieder and faxreddin II cantata on lyrics by Said AKL were performed at palais des congres DBAYEH, (Soprano RONZA- Piano: Dolcy LAWOUN- with NDU choir conducted by Rev Fr Khalil RAHME).
