The Sound Bridge Project—which P. Kellach Waddle co-founded with Lauryn Gould—is a 6-months-along consortium of nearly 60 musicians & composers striving to bring art music to all and to form a strong, growing, and inspired community, breathing new life into the classical genre with performances in coffee shops, nightclubs, bars, etc. The performance will take place at Cherrywood Coffee House and will include music from the past 300 years as well as two world premieres about coffee from Waddle.

This concert will consist of three sets:

SET ONE: A short set of Solo Bass Music by P. Kellach Waddle will be followed by 30 minutes of music for two French horns performed by Jenni Wieland and Leah Morgan Durrett.

SET TWO: Music for Bass and Harp performed and composed by P. Kellach Waddle featuring three works: Abandoning The Edge of The San Antonio Sunrise: Impression-Satz for bass and harp, Cereal Music: Sonatina in Three Movements after K. Vonnegut's Breakfast of Champions and the World Premiere of The Arrival of The Coffee Seraphim: Trio in forma di Three Hymns for bass and harp. Waddle will be joined for these works by Austin Symphony Principal Harpist Elaine Martin Barber.

SET THREE: The final set features Waddle performing with two members of the Waterloo Sound Conspiracy. Flutist Seetha Shivaswamy and Oboist Rebecca Marie Fairweather Haskins will join him for trio music by L. Mozart, W. Mozart , Stamitz, and other classical-period composers and in the World Premiere of KaffeeTraumen; Dreams of Coffee: Trio for Flute, Oboe and Bass in forma di 6 Impression-Bagatelles. Waddle will close out the final set with another short set of music for solo bass.
