I am a non-professional, lifelong musician. I played piano in church, gospel music and old-time popular songs, mostly by ear. Played violin with school orchestra from fourth grade through high school graduation. Picked up accordion and guitar along the way. I sometimes study easy classical pieces, but years of ignoring proper fingering make it a discouraging process. Today I want to turn up the speakers and listen while I work in my bonsai workshop just outside the door. Thank you.
