Sultry Sunset                                      Duke Ellington

Ellington is one of the greatest names in jazz.  He led his band from the 1920s to the 1970s, always with top players.  His saxophone section included great musicians like Ben Webster, Coleman Hawkins and Johnny Hedges, to whom he dedicated this piece.     Olli-Pekka Tuomisalo

This is a very peaceful, jazzy piece of classical music. Truly gorgeous and purely Ellington brilliance. Even if your not a jazz enthusiast like myself, you still ought to give this piece a try -- it's very relaxing.
