Isaac
Albeniz, one of the leading figures in Spanish music history, wrote the
"Iberia" piano suite at the turn of the 20th century. Educated in
Paris, he combined the ethereal tone colors and picturesque moods of the French
school, with the folk tunes and rhythms from his roots. Evocacion (Nostaglia) is
