Anne Breeden (a.breeden), Piano
Biography
Pianist Anne Breeden, a native San Franciscan, graduated from The Eastman School of Music studying under Dr. Jean Barr. During her study, she received numerous awards for vocal and instrumental accompanying. Formative education includes The Cleveland Institute of Music and DePaul University, where Anne received her BM cum laude in Piano Performance.
Ms. Breeden has collaborated with members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Concertante di Chicago, the Lyric Opera Center for American Artists, the Fourth Presbyterian church, The Chicago Cultural Center, The Chicago Children's Choir, and The Three Arts Club. Performances across the United States complement Ms. Breeden's wide ranging travels to Germany, Norway, Finland, Italy, and Japan.
Ms. Breeden is the founder and director of Arts At Large, an organization that presents classical and jazz concert series for highly talented Chicago musicians in non-traditional performance spaces.
